Complete student information packet to be filled out by parents or guardians. Must be completed to participate in Marching Band, Winter Percussion, or Winter Guard.
Fee information for participation in Marching Band. Fees for other ensembles may be applicable during their respective seasons.
BVSD requires anyone looking to volunteer, in any capacity, to complete a volunteer application and background check. This must be completed prior to volunteering.
Coming Soon! We’re currently working on a streamlined fee payment system to provide better functionality to our band families.
Until the new fee payment system is rolled out, we are able to accept student fee payments using the following methods:
Venmo

Check
Secure your completed check in a sealed envelope with your student’s name on it, then give the envelope to Ms. Wagner or a BBPA board member.
Mail your check to the BBPA (P.O. Box 951, Broomfield, CO 80038)
Credit Card
Once the BBPA treasurer has generated invoices, a link to pay by credit card will be emailed to parents or guardians.
* Please note, the band incurs a 3.1% processing fee on all credit card transactions.
