The Broomfield Band Program is fully self through student fees, fundraising, donations, and corporate sponsorships.

Your donation allows us to:
• Purchase new instruments
• Repair and refurbish instruments
• Maintain and update marching band uniforms
• Purchase sheet music
• Purchase marching band drill
• Provide maintenance for our equipment truck
• Help pay for additional student instruction costs
• Provide financial assistance to students in need
• Provide student meals for competition days
• Travel to out of state competitions

Sponsorship Packages

Direct donations are one of the most effective ways of helping support the Broomfield Band Program, as they ensure that we receive 100% of donated funds.

We utilize Zeffy and Venmo for fundraising and direction donations.

* QR code to Broomfield Band website sponsor page will be included on band concert programs through the ‘26-’27 school year and
printed on 2000+ Tag Day fundraising pamphlets to be distributed throughout various Broomfield neighborhoods in August 2026.
* Donations and image files must be received by 07/31/2026 to have business name/logo included on banners and show shirts.
* If a donation is in the form of products, goods, or services, the donor will receive benefits for the tier that reflects the value
of the donation.
* All monetary funds raised will be used for the highest need as voted on by the BHS Band Director and the BBPA.
* Donations are tax deductible as we are a 501(c)(3) organization. EIN 23-7348117, and a donation form can be provided upon request.
