BHS Band Spring Arts and Crafts Fair
March 2, 2024 (9:00am - 3:00pm)
Vendor applications for the fair are now closed. We want to thank everyone for the overwhelming vendor response we received, especially with this being our first fair.
We are currently going through all of the applications, selecting vendors, and beginning booth assignments. We will start sending out vendor acceptances and invoices within the next couple of weeks, with vendor information packets to follow shortly after.
As a reminder, we’ve are still seeing scammers sending invoices and payment requests to vendors who’ve applied for the BHS Band Arts & Crafts Fair.
We will only reach out to vendor applicants using the contact information provided on your application, and will only send communications from the official BBPA emails or phone number listed on the vendor agreement and website.
If you have any questions regarding the validity of a potential invoice you’ve received, please reach out to one of the official BBPA emails listed, and we'll help confirm whether your invoice is legitimate or not.

The Broomfield High School Bands appreciate your participation in our Arts and Crafts Fair. Your involvement helps the BHS Band programs by providing some of these much needed items, and can even contribute to "wanted" items to help us improve our program and performances.

Maintaining and updating marching band uniforms
Maintaining and updating concert band attire
Purchasing sheet music
Purchasing marching band drill
Providing transportation to performances and competitions
Helping pay for additional student instruction costs
Providing financial assistance to students in need
